Process

A Clear Process Before Construction Begins

1

Initial Project Conversation

RESCO starts by learning what you need, where the project is located, what problem needs to be solved and what timing or budget expectations should be considered.

2

Site Assessment

A site review helps confirm access, measurements, existing conditions, likely constraints and whether permits, engineering or further investigation may be required.

3

Detailed Scope and Written Proposal

The proposal documents the planned work, exclusions, assumptions, materials and known variables so decisions are made before work starts.

4

Scheduling and Construction

Once the scope is approved, work is scheduled and completed with direct owner involvement and practical communication around site conditions.

5

Final Walkthrough and Documentation

The project is reviewed, remaining items are documented and closeout information is prepared where applicable.

Permits, engineering, concealed conditions and approved changes may affect scope, cost or scheduling.
